Power Mortgage Corporation was formed in Breckenridge, Colorado in 1999 to serve the clientèle of T J Power & Company, PC, our CPA firm which we later sold in 2002.   Over the past several years Power Mortgage has developed into the premier brokerage serving the mountain community of Summit County.  We specialize in financing resort properties and are well versed and educated in all aspects of resort property lending.  In addition, no one is better suited than we are when it comes to providing financing for second homes and investment properties.  We offer all types of loan products including land and construction loans.
